Objective

To upgrade the existing network infrastructure and deliver a seamless, high-speed, and secure connectivity experience across the entire hotel—ensuring consistent performance for guests, staff, and operational systems.

Approach

A complete redesign of the wired and wireless network was implemented with a hospitality-focused strategy. A detailed assessment identified performance gaps, followed by coverage planning based on user density and building layout. A unified wired and wireless architecture was deployed, supported by cloud-based centralized management for enhanced visibility and control. The solution also aligns with global hospitality standards, ensuring a scalable and efficient network.

Statistics

The upgraded network supports the entire property, covering 179 rooms with optimized connectivity. A 10Gbps backbone enables high-speed performance, while full coverage extends across guest rooms, public areas, and outdoor spaces. The network is designed for high-density environments, supported by centralized management for complete visibility and control.

Challenges

  • The hotel faced multiple performance and operational issues due to legacy infrastructure:
